Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nexora, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

This policy applies to products purchased directly through our website and paid via PayPal.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals and tags.

Proof of purchase (PayPal receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, or that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened (unless faulty), may not qualify.

Email us at support@nexora.example.com with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds to your original PayPal payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Standard outbound shipping is $4.99 (free on orders over $50).

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

To exchange an item for a different model, contact our support team. We will guide you through returning the original item and placing a new order, or arrange an exchange where stock allows.
